BookGadiWala (“we”, “us”) is operated by Ramnish Parmar. This policy covers the passenger and driver (partner) apps and this website.
What we collect
- Phone number (WhatsApp OTP login)
- Name, optional email, profile photo
- Pickup/drop locations and live GPS during active rides
- Device identifiers for fingerprint login sessions
- Payment / wallet metadata when you use UPI (processed by our payment partner)
How we use data
- Authenticate you and prevent fraud
- Match rides, show maps/ETA, and complete trips
- Safety features (SOS SMS to your trusted contacts)
- Customer support and legal compliance
Sharing
Drivers see trip details needed to complete the ride. Map, SMS, and payment providers process data only to provide their service. We do not sell personal data.
Retention & deletion
Account data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion from Profile → Delete account in the app (soft-delete; ride history may be retained as required by law).
